Seaguar Fills New Brand Manager Position

New York, NY (February 6, 2009)

Seaguar, the world leader and inventor of fluorocarbon fishing line, recently announced the appointment of Grayce Paul to fill a new Brand Manager post in their New York Office. Ms. Paul will be responsible for all Seaguar brand development, promotion and communication activities.

In making the announcement, Fred Daniell, Kureha America executive vice president in charge of Seaguar’s U.S.A. operations, said “the new position will support Seaguar’s growing fluorocarbon line business. Grayce brings 10 years of Consumer Packaged Goods marketing experience to Seaguar and will carry the company’s leadership role in innovation forward through development of market-driven products and promotions to meet angler needs.”

Grayce joins Seaguar from Time Inc., where she served as a Brand Manager responsible for magazine single copy sales and promotion strategies at retail. She managed a portfolio of titles that included Field & Stream and Outdoor Life, Saltwater Sportsman, Yachting, Motorboating and Popular Science. Her work on Popular Science won a Circulation Management Award for Best Newsstand Strategy, 2007 (Bronze).
